City of Greensboro Marketing and COmmunications INTERNSHIP

During my time in college I interned with the City of Greensboro as a Marketing and Communications team member. I worked on many different video shoots and live streams with the team including city council meetings, FYI Weekly, GPD Case Files, Business Profiles and much more. I got hands on experience setting up lighting and audio equipment as well as using a teleprompter. I was also taught the ins and out of Avid Media and Adobe After Effects. This video is one of the GPD Case Profiles I personally helped setup and shoot with one of the team members.

North Carolina A&T Step SHow (2022) Phi Mu Alpha Entrance Video

Every year at my college they hold a step show for all the Greek organizations during GHOE (Greatest Homecoming on Earth). I have a lot of friends in the fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Inc. They asked my if I could film their entrance video for the Step Show since they were performing as an exhibition. I filmed and edited this entire video myself. My friend was responsible for the theme and storyboarding.

MR. Moye Interview (NCAT tv studio director)

In my recent school assignment, I had the opportunity to interview the school’s TV studio director. We delved into the intricate workings of the studio, discussing its equipment, production processes, and the team dynamics behind creating engaging content. The director shared insights into managing a diverse crew, coordinating live broadcasts, and ensuring smooth operation during various productions. They also shed light on the challenges they face, such as tight deadlines and technical glitches, and how they navigate through them to deliver high-quality programming. Overall, the interview provided a fascinating glimpse into the behind-the-scenes world of school television production and the dedication required to make it successful.
